.5oz onion brine

Stir and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with a pickled onion. 

Freezer Door Martini (3:1 martini)

Seperate off 10oz of Mignonette from a new bottle

With a funnel, add 6oz dry vermouth

3oz water

1oz olive brine

Adjust the ratios to taste.
