Combine all ingredients with ice, shake, and strain.

Eno Sidecar

.75oz brandy

.75oz Eno Amaro

.75oz Dry Curacao

.75oz fresh lemon juice

.25oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into a chilled coup. 

Paper Plane

.75oz Bourbon

.75oz Aperol

.75oz Eno Amaro

.75oz lemon juice

Shake and strain into a chilled glass

Boulevardier

1oz bourbon

1oz Eno Amaro

1oz Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes ango bitters

1 dash orange bitters 

Stir and Strain into a chilled glass

Mignonette 

Gibson

2oz Mignonette

1oz dry vermouth

.5oz onion brine

Stir and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with a pickled onion. 

Freezer Door Martini (3:1 martini)

Seperate off 10oz of Mignonette from a new bottle

With a funnel, add 6oz dry vermouth

3oz water

1oz olive brine

Adjust the ratios to taste.

Keep it in your freezer, and have a martini anytime.

Salty Dog 

Salt the rim of a chilled glass

2oz Mignonette

Add ice and top with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Gimlet

2oz Tulsi Gin

.75oz fresh lime juice

.25 oz rich 2:1 simple syrup

Shake and strain into a chilled coup
